Director of Quality

Steven Parkin is the Director of Quality at CoolIT Systems. His daily interaction with colleagues and the CoolIT team is what he enjoys most about his role!

Steven has an extensive and impressive educational background ranging from a Masters in Business Administration, a Bachelor of Science Degree, a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies, a BTEC HNC in Engineering, and much more.

For over 20 years Steven worked for the HM Forces as a Soldier. With dedication and commitment, Steven became a Mechanic and then the Engineering Officer during his time in the forces. His background also extends to Quality Management with over 7 years of experience in the industry.

Outside of work, Steven raises funds for cancer treatment not paid by Alberta Health Care. These efforts speak to the supportive and passionate member Steven is.

With an extensive background in engineering, management and business, Steven aids the team in upkeeping the highest quality standards while ensuring his team feels supported.
