Our Sr. Program Manager Jaclyn Schmidt has been an influential leader and steadying force to the CoolIT team for the last two years. Jaclyn developed her skills during a 7-year stint in oil and gas, having managed teams of engineers and technicians, and brings that expertise to CoolIT.

A Mechanical Engineering grad, it should come as no surprise that she loves the hands-on aspect of her role. She is driven by the purposeful and impactful nature of the work her team is responsible for and enjoys the sense of accomplishment that comes with helping datacenters perform at their absolute peak.

Jaclyn enjoys travelling and hopes to visit Cape Town, South Africa when the time is right. She enjoys off-roading in her spare time and is a lifelong learner, eager to build on the knowledge she has already attained thus far.

Jaclyn is an integral member of our team who leads by example, and we are thrilled to see her impact in 2021 and beyond.
