the only other alternative to the fan is a 92mm fan with a higher cfm.
The bogger the fan, the better the airflow. a 12cm fan at a lower rpm can produce as much airflow as a smaller fan at higher rpm.
Adding a larger fan with higher rpm will surely help alot! Just get a 9cm to 12cm converter and ur set

The colder you can keep the heatsink, the colder the hotside gets and the colder the cold side will get which in its turn cools the coolant even more
