Thanks for the information.
I understand the forum isn't the best place, but I live in a different time zone (Taiwan), which makes contact through phone much more difficult. I believe to at least get a name or an e-mail where I can contact them directly, phone calls will be much easier in the future (possible waiting on international calls). If they had any contact persons in Taiwan, it would be much more convenient for me.
